Since none of my instructional responsibilities
(including professional development) require assessment, I can only
illustrate this standard with undocumented description. As a part of
all workshop and professional development presentations, I receive
feedback in the form of class evaluations. I retain copies of all of
these, incorporating suggestions into future offerings as
appropriate. In addition, I specifically contact all PD and workshop
participants through email or other method as a part of the
follow-up. In this communication I ask for further feedback, provide
further information and resources related to the workshop, and ask
how I might support specific classroom applications (either directly
or through the school technology resource teacher). |
